RHOME Leadership Team
Charles Riska is the president of rental operations at Associa. In this role, he oversees Associa’s SFR division, RHOME, the Vacation Rental Division, AA Oceanfront, and is responsible for driving growth strategies in markets across the continental United States, Hawaii, and Canada. His core focus is to help streamline, improve, and enrich the company’s rental strategies, with an emphasis on data-driven decision making, accountability, and collaborative execution.
Before joining the Associa family in 2018, Mr. Riska served as the chief operating officer of ONEprop Inc., a Dallas-based real estate and property management company with operations in 14 markets across the United States, until ONEprop Inc. was purchased by NRT Property Management LLC in 2016. As chief operating officer at NRT, he managed the day-to-day operations of roughly $3 billion of real estate assets. Prior to working in real estate, he owned and operated an Independent Insurance Agency that managed the risk side of the rental industry and supported SFR investors.
Mr. Riska holds a BBA in International Business and Economics from the University of North Texas and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Executive OPM program. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Licensed General Lines Insurance Agent, a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), and has served on the Dallas Chapter Leadership Committee as well as national committees.

As the vice president of rental operations at Associa, Kirk Gillespie focuses on standardizing companywide rental operations, driving future growth, and establishing a culture of teamwork and helpfulness.
Mr. Gillespie has more than 12 years of real estate investment and property management industry experience and has held several leadership positions, including vice president, branch manager, and managing broker. He has been a valued team member at industry-leading companies such as Property Frameworks, ONEprop Inc., and Pathlight Property Management, with nearly 30,000 individual units under his management.
Mr. Gillespie holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Brigham Young University-Idaho and a master’s degree in Organizational Communication from Eastern New Mexico University. He also holds multiple broker licenses across the continental United States.

Cheryl Henderson serves as the controller of Associa’s rental division and is responsible for directing all accounting operations for Associa’s 14 rental branches.
Before joining Associa in February 2019, Ms. Henderson was the corporate director of accounting for Avero Diagnostics, an Anatomical Pathology Lab headquartered in Las Colinas, TX with offices in Lubbock, TX and Ann Arbor, MI. Prior to Avero, she served as the corporate finance & accounting manager for Greystar Real Estate Partners (Riverstone Residential Group merged with Greystar in 2014), where she was responsible for financial reporting, cash management, accounts payable, budgeting, internal and external audits, corporate taxes, and insurance. She currently serves as the director of finance for Imagine Well LLC, a Dallas non-profit, and volunteers her time during tax season to prepare tax returns for the elderly and less fortunate.
Ms. Henderson earned a BBA in Business Administration with a minor in accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington, and her MBA from The University of Phoenix. She is also a member of the National Society of Tax Preparers and the National Notary Association.

Current Position/Title: National Director of Property Management
Education: B.S Management University of Wyoming, emphasis Human Resources/Organizational Behavior. Accidentally almost minored in Econ.
Relative Property Management Experience: 7 wonderful years and counting as property manager. Started out assisting residential property managers and presiding over my first HOA. In a previous life I had swung the hammers. Now I just manage them. Completion Active Broker's license Utah Early 2022.
Hobbies or personal interests: Traveling with my adventurous family, four-legged and two. Anything outdoors, long-distance trail running and mountain ultra-marathons in specific. Cooking & eating is a lifelong hobby with a built-in reward. Investing, strategizing and solving puzzles, even when I fail. Learning, understanding myself and the people around me. Kellie Tollifson, MPM® RMP® is the National Director of Rental Expansion and Global Team Strategy for RHOME Property Management. Kellie began her 28-year career in Residential Property Management as a landlord managing her own investment properties. She co-founded T-Square Properties in the Greater Seattle area.
She and the team developed systems, processes & industry leading service standards that answered needs in the marketplace for high quality, tech driven and cost-effective property management. Upon leaving T-Square Properties she and her team had grown T-Square Properties to nearly 700 single family rentals and 130 Homeowner Associations.
Kellie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Science from San Jose State University and served as the 2020 President of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®) Kellie is a Certified NARPM® Instructor.
She is also a Real Estate Continuing Ed instructor and holds her Managing Broker’s license in Washington State.

Relative Property Management Experience: Yassine has been a licensed real estate broker in Chicago for 6 years and counting. He has been involved in 300+ rental transactions, mainly representing landlords and helping them secure top dollars, as well as quality tenants. This resulted in him being named a Chicago Association of Realtors Rentals Top Producer and Chicago Agent Magazine: Who’s Who in Chicago Real Estate. Through his success in the leasing side, he was able to connect with many investors who entrusted him with managing their rental portfolio. He started his own company Essential Property Management and was able to pick up 75 units in a short span of time and built a great relationship among out of town investors looking a reliable local management company. He is trilingual (French, Arabic, and English), which allows him to connect with investors from different backgrounds.

Before venturing into the world of real estate, Crystal worked for Lindt North America Chocolate Company in Market Development, The American Heart and Stroke Association as the Vice President of Business Operations and Development, and Porter Cable Power Tool and Delta Machinery and Equipment Group as a Regional Sales Manager. Most recently, Crystal has worked for Heritage Property Management as a Community Association Manager in Georgia.
She attended the University of Southern Mississippi where she studied International Business and Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations and later completed legal studies at the University of Georgia. Additionally, she completed the Harvard Business Executive Leadership Development Program and Eckerd College’s Executive Leadership Program. She is also a Georgia Notary Public.

With experience in managing a variety of real estate portfolios including single-family homes, off-site apartments, mixed-use properties, and large garden-style and high rise communities. She earned her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation in 2008. After moving to Wilmington, NC, Michelle joined SPM Residential Services and received her North Carolina Broker's license in 2010. In 2022, she earned the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation. With over 25 years in the industry, Michelle has a deep understanding of property management and operations. Michelle served as the Director of Operations at SPM for 4 years and was promoted to Branch President in 2024.

Relative Property Management Experience: Property Management Experience- I was licensed in 2005 as an Associate Broker, had a few Real Estate transactions but my focus has always been property management. I have been with the same company since 2005. December 2023 earned my Qualifying Broker's license.

Mr. Brinson has successfully integrated over 15,000 multifamily units, 1,200,000 sq ft of Commercial space, and 400 Single Family homes with a total portfolio value in excess of $950 million dollars
